II. Description of Service

Carbonless Agency provides services as a Project Integrator and Solutions Architect within the DEV Carbon Standard ecosystem. Services include the design, execution, and facilitation of Turnkey Carbon Mitigation Projects, financial advisory, and project integration support for Project Integrators (PIs).

III. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • Financial Disclaimer: Carbon credits are complex financial instruments subject to market risk and regulatory change. Carbonless Agency provides technical and integration services; we are not a financial or investment advisor. All investment decisions related to carbon credits are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Data Integrity: While we leverage the $Ex-Post$ verification and $Open$ $Data$ protocols of the DEV Standard and WaveQuantum Earth to provide maximum integrity, Carbonless Agency disclaims any liability for third-party data failures or inaccuracies in the underlying data provided by external PIs prior to final certification.

  • Partner Relationships: RTD Ratings, WaveQuantum Earth, and Fidelitas Corp are independent entities. Carbonless Agency acts as a non-exclusive partner and integrator, and disclaims liability for the actions or services provided by these third parties.

3. Privacy Policy Framework

I. Data Collection and Usage

We collect corporate identification data (name, company, volume needs) for the purpose of initiating Turnkey Project Design and Lead qualification. We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.

II. Confidentiality of Client Mitigation Strategy

All information shared regarding a client's carbon footprint, Net-Zero strategy, and financial requirements is treated as highly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of structuring a DEV-compliant project.

III. Compliance and Ethical Data Handling

  • International Compliance: We are committed to complying with all applicable international data protection standards (including the principles of GDPR, where applicable to our target markets).

Biocultural Data Commitment: All geo-spatial data, community benefits data, and traditional knowledge data collected at the project level is handled in strict compliance with the DEV Biocultural Mandate to ensure data sovereignty and prevent the exploitation of local communities.
